In many RPG's and even some real-time/strategy/hack-and-slash/fighting genres of games(sometimes even series), HP are classified as the character's capability and the calculable value of their life. Although in several versions, they are instead referred as 'stamina' which refers to energy, not vitalism. HP is the most common abbreviation of most stats, it either means 'Hit Point' or Health Point'.
In the series, all characters and even monsters will start off with their max HP with the value of 3-digit(hence; hundred).
Like any other comprehension, HP refers to any value which may or would varies after normal offensive or HP affecting statuses.
The Max HP refer to the maximum value or quota that the character's health may sustain. Which means, the higher one's Max HP is, the longer and more effort it would take to fill it up from it's fallen condition(hence; death).
Every resurrection or revival of characters and units after the KO effect have the minimum HP comeback value of 25% of the unit's Max HP. Although, certain monsters and special beings may have a higher minimum value.
Every resurrection or revival of characters after the Mistify effect have the minimum HP comeback value of 50% of the unit's Max MP(instead). The higher the character's level, the higher the minimum value becomes. Note that after the unit have been revived, they cannot be damaged by physical attacks for several seconds.

Commonly, HP growth ranges normally like most other basic stats. Each growth varies by factors. They ranges via grades and class:
S = x1.80
A = x1.70
B = x1.65
C = x1.59
D = x1.52
E = x1.44
F = x1.35
G = x1.25
