Garra Fura is in fact, not an enemy, but rather a companion Beast/Ichthus type friendy Special Monster in School Fare series. So, it will never act as an adversary towards any of the characters. It is located in several places which are rather ephemeral shallow body of water or maybe a like lake or swamp. The Garra Fura serves a healing monster, and always try to suck the ailments out from one character and even other monsters. The first meeting with a Garra Fura only happens when the party approaches the Shallow Water's Royal Hall area with at least one of the character got affected by any debuff. A school of Garra Furas will approaches the party from their hiding and starts to suck the ailments out.
